These terms apply to your use of Zebtron Camera Zapper and its related documentation and website. By using the application, you agree to these terms.
License and cost
Camera Zapper is provided free of charge under the license included with the application. Donations are optional and do not purchase support, warranties, or additional rights.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for selecting sources, destinations, services, and deletion requirements.
- You must have the right to copy, upload, catalog, or delete the media you process.
- You are responsible for third-party accounts, storage charges, quotas, API limits, network access, and compliance with third-party terms.
- You should maintain an independent backup and confirm important files can be restored.
Third-party services
Camera Zapper can interact with services and software such as Apple Photos, Google Photos, YouTube, Flickr, NeoFinder, network storage, and Android tooling. Those products are operated by their respective providers and are governed by their own terms. Zebtron does not guarantee their availability, compatibility, quotas, or behavior.
No warranty
The application and documentation are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. File transfer, verification, cloud APIs, removable media, network storage, and deletion can fail for reasons outside the application’s control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zebtron and the application’s contributors will not be liable for lost files, lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, device damage, account restrictions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.
Changes and termination
Features, integrations, and these terms may change. You may stop using the application at any time and revoke connected-service access through the applicable provider.
